June is LGBTQ Pride month and it’s right around the corner! There are many great businesses and communities that support our LGBTQ community members. Here’s a list of just some of the events around King County in June.

Sammamish Progress Pride Flag Raising – 801 228th Ave SE, Sammamish

  • Wednesday, May 31, 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Raising of the progress pride flag during the farmers market

Renton Sip & Strut Wine Walk – Rain City Market, 233 Burnett Ave, Renton

  • Friday, June 2, 5:30pm – 9:30pm
  • Experience unique flavors and aromas of various local wineries while exploring downtown Renton.

Snohomish Pride – Downtown Snohomish

  • Saturday, June 3, 9am – 1pm
  • Community clean-up
  • Snacks, lunch, t-shirt, and cleaning supplies provided

Paws & Pride Dog Jog & Walk – Ashwood Park, Bellevue

  • Sunday, June 4, 8:30am
  • Non-competitive 4k stroll through the streets of Bellevue with your pup!

Kirkland Pouring with Pride Wine Walk – Heathman Hotel, 220 Kirkland Ave., Kirkland

  • Friday, June 16, 5:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Adventure of downtown Kirkland galleries, boutiques, and businesses.
  • Tasting wines, brews, spirits, and ciders.
  • Tickets allow access to over 25 wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries.

Queer Pride Festival – 11th Ave. between E. Pike St. & Pine St., Capitol Hill, Seattle

  • Full lineup of LGBTQ artists performing all three days

Trans Pride – Volunteer Park Amphitheater, Seattle
